The viability of the VCCs is strongly dependent on effective governance. The Governance floor provides many elements to organize VCC governance, such as boards, committees, and working groups. There are tools to organize and document meetings of these elements, and to maintain action items and a record of decisions made. There are also templates for good governance practices for small, medium sized, and large VCCs.
