The Needs and Want floor is a place for community members to assist each other. Community members can offer items or services to others and they can ask for items or services that they need. This floor is a market place for needs and wants but all exchanges are on a non-monetary basis. Access to a specific item or service, for both offers and requests, can be limited to a specific VCC, a set of linked VCCs or can be open to the general public. (Under construction.)
