Tensions and conflicts between individuals and groups will emerge and, if the group is to learn and grow and adapt, creative conflicts are actually necessary. The floor provides rooms specifically designed for conflict resolution. Group norms and formal processes are both necessary to ensure that a conflict remains creative instead of destructive. In the rooms, suggestions for group norms and conflict resolution methods are available to help in the management of disagreements and conflict. Conflicts may be within a specific VCC or between multiple VCCs, and individual rooms can be shared between several VCCs. (Under construction.)
